I know no dollar amount but just how much do you think i need when the baby arrives. We have a house and cars. I know I am so nervous. I just want to make sure my baby is always happy.

i am not sure if u r talking about college money or money to buy things for your baby. a baby really does not need a lot to be happy. just you and daddy. realistically noone is happy all the time, i believe the word u r looking for is content. i am so sure u will do fine. just by listening to your worries, it sounds like will u be okay.
if i tell u, u will need at least $1000 to buy all the necessaties, it still wouldn't be enough. most likely your friends and family will buy the baby lots of gifts so that will help alot. just make sure u save enough money for maternity leave about 6 months worth of your paychecks. so if you paid $200 a month you would save 1200. this is done so that u will feel more secure.

just make sure you have bed, clothes, etc. I didnt save any $$, but my checks were still coming in if the baby needed anything, I brest fed for 4 1/2 months so i saved on formula!

You want to have enough money saved so that your baby never has to experience separation from mommy in his/her first 5 years of life. That's the way to make sure your baby is always happy. Well, being there, plus nursing on demand, plus being attentive, reciperocal, playful, sensitive, plus letting her sleep with you, plus carrying her around in a sling.
All she needs to be happy is you!.

You don't REALLY need much for a newborn baby. If you are breastfeeding, then you have all the food you need. Warm clothes, diapers, and a place to sleep. Remember, this is a newborn, you could put this baby to sleep in a cardboard box next to your bed and he/she wouldn't know the difference. And, don't put so much pressure on yourself; babies cry, it doesn't mean your baby doesn't love you any less.
