If you're shaving, it could be razor burn. Switch to a shaper blade. If not, it could be another kind of skin irritation.

You may have a boil. Boils are found in the arm pits at the back of the neck in the groin area and in the creases of your butt. If it is a boil the lump will be painful to the touch and eventually it will look like a large pimple. It will form something like a white head and then pop. If this happens to you DO NOT POP IT. If you do it can cause an infection. What happens is you have sweat glands and sometimes they get clogged. If it is a boil you do not have to worry. However I do suggest that you go to your doctor just to be sure that it isn't something more serious. If it is a boil and it's causing you discomfort then apply a hot/warm washcloth on it and it will speed up the process of it breaking open...then it will heal. Avoid using deoderant and refrain from shaving in that area.

wash under your armpit and change your deodurant to a cream like dove or the sensetive one vasaline intensive care.
don't shave for a couple of days let the hair break through the skin and then use a brand new razor.
see how you go.

Yes I had a big lump. I went to the Dr and they removed it and thankfully it was a swollen sweat gland. You can however have enflamed glands that can be a cause of breast cancer. You should go to your Dr to make sure.

I have bumps under my arm but it's mostly irritation from shaving or the deodorant I use.

well yah like few wks ago..i even went to the doctor to check it cuz i thought i have a breast cancer...but it just a skin irritation for using shaver and deodorant....but if i were you its better to double check with your doctor and nothing to lose....just to play safe...cuz actually sometime little lumps are one of the symptoms of breast cancer...good luck

Sometimes it means that you have an infection and your lymph nodes are full. Have it checked out.

Yes I get them. So annoying! It can either be from shaving or from the deoderant that you use.
