They are full of sugar, and fats. though a doughnut can be a great treat once in a while, if your main diet is based on doughnuts, you can have SERIOUS health problems. Doughnuts have no protein (which contain amino acids NEEDED for life!), or any other vitamins of any sort. They have no calcium, or minerals, and just plain old lack nutrition. Doughnuts are good to eat before a race or something because the starch and carbs of it gives you energy, otherwise, they are very unhealthy and lack nutrition.

Their biggest threat is the humans, who like to prey on them early in the morning.

They are deep fried in lard. Very fattening absolute no nutrional value at all.. unless of course you are severly underweight.
