WOW! take a chill pill, take a rest from life. sit down and think about what could have possibly made you this angry. think about how you can change it. talk to a best friend or boyfriend, or girlfriend, whatever you have. here are some anger busters, try them before you get hurt:
Anger Busters
Here are some other things you can do when you start to feel angry:
talk to a friend you can trust
count to 10
get or give a hug
stamp your feet
beat up a pillow because the pillow can't get hurt
draw a picture of your anger
play a video game
run around the outside of the house five times as fast as you can
sing along with the stereo
pull weeds in the garden
think good thoughts (maybe about a fun vacation or your favorite sport)
take a bike ride or go in-line skating
Don't Lose Your Cool
Sometimes when you're jealous and frustrated, it's easy to lose your temper. Try to follow these tips to avoid getting into a fight with your brother or sister:
Take a deep breath and think a bit. Try to figure out if you are angry with the person or just frustrated with the situation.
Remind yourself that you have special talents. Your sister may have won an art contest, but you might be better at basketball, or math, or singing. Eight-year-old Marisa says her brother "always wins running races, but I always get gold stars for good homework grades and that makes me feel better."
Try to congratulate your siblings on their achievements and share their happiness. If you do this for them, they'll be more likely to do it for you.
GOOD LUCK

Are you my twin?!?!? Seriously, I identify with EVERYTHING you said (except I'm already in the south. Actually, about to head NE). Sometimes I'm so angry at EVERYTHING and EVERYONE that I feel like I have a lot of loaded guns pointed at me, and I'm just waiting to see which is gonna go off first. I don't like people for the most part (I used to say, "I can't stand this person, or that person" and now I realize, that I just don't like people in general.). Mispronunciation is a big one for me. I could actually add more to the list you created of things that I just can't stand, but you've already listed enough to make me feel irritated already.
To answer your question, NO you are not alone!

I think you are going through the old winter blah's. I do the same thing and i seem to get very depressed when summer is gone. I think this is very common because I have talked to a lot of people who are the same way. By the way I live in the south and it is cold here too. But come on down we would love to have you here.

I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL!!!! I can feel this way...or similar at times. And most of the it's not around that "time". What I do to de-stress is to write in a journal or just write down my thoughts whenever I need to. It's not a regular journal. I just write when I need to. I keep my journal on my computer...it's just more fun for me that way!
I hope I was some help.

You must work in retail. Don't worry, it's just a phase. I've had those days. It does sound like you need a little quality "me" time. Good luck!! (By the way, TMI on that PMS thing)

I don't blame you for a minute. People SUCK. BUT stupid people are the worse. We should have an island that we can put all the stupid people on. I hate the unholy masses of people.
