The best football movie ever made is probably Remember The Titans, staring by the greatest dramatic actor in the free world Denzel Washington. I also liked The Program and Any Given Sunday. Brian Song and Rudy are pretty great too.

I've only seen RTT, TLY, AGS, and FNL, so as a movie I think Remember the Titans is the best, for football content, I'd say The Longest Yard (I like a football movie to have alot of football scenes, and "display" them like they would be in a normal game ----that's why I didn't care much for the FNL movie or the new show...too much drama)

"The Best of Times" (1986)

Starring: Robin Williams and Kurt Russell.

It's absolutely hilarious and absolutely heart-felt at the same time. It has never got it's just dues as a great flick. I bet most of you have never even heard of it. But it's the best football movie I've ever seen!

I agree with "The Program" as the best.
For Pro Football specifically, "Any Given Sunday"

Its definitely NOT Rudy which is more fiction than fact.
