In the past, certain cultures were advantageous to belong to as they ensured the survival of the majority of their members.

As time and technology and environmental situations change, other forms of civilization gained the upper hand and dominated the landscape of Earth.

hunter gatherers gave way to tool age agrarian society which in turn evolved into gradually more technological and complex systems.

Modern democracy could not exist in the neolithic past, because there was no large scale education base to spread the ideals or to even support a large class of non laborers.

There are 3 principal world spanning cultures on the Earth today.

East, West and Middle East. (Africa is neither world spanning or homogenous)

Most rational observers would conclude that the so-called western society is currently at the zenith of its dominance both culturally and economically, with the possibility of the East (represented by India, China) rising within a generation or two to challenge that primacy.

The Middle East over represented by the secular/religious blending known as Islam is in a struggle to maintain relavancy.

As Islamic countries are forced to adapt to the secular world, they will have to either abandon traditional beliefs and embrace tolerance and democracy, or risk anhilation if they war with their two more successful rivals.

It is not as much a struggle between good and evil as it is between competing systems of governance predicated on maintaining the greatest benefit to the most people and minimizing conflict.

modern conflict is especially dangerous as it risks anhilation of unacceptable numbers (billions) of people

Islam is on its way out and within a gerneration or two it will no longer be relavane geo politically, although its adherents will continue to worship until the end of time.

I don't believe all cultures are equal across the board: ethics, intellectually, medical and science, and technology wise. Western culture had a huge advantage, and perhaps that was due a merge of various cultures and geographical location. It has and continues to dominate those areas on an overall scope. With African, Middle East, and Indo-Asia cultures are being overwhelm with war, terror, plagues, famine and other disasters (natural/man made), they have found themselves in a precarious plight. The challenge to emerge to an equal status is paramounted by these factors. Therefore I would say no; there is no equalization of balance in regards to cultural worldwide.

Society did not make race in spite of the indisputable fact that the nature made the race. Race made the society. The geography, climate, availability of livelyhood all had a profound effect on how human were developed. So race is a actuality and a organic phenomena. each and every race has their own potentials and has their own obstacles.

Oooh! Excellent question. While I believe every culture has something wonderful to offer my personal bias tells me no. I prefer western culture--because we've been spoiled. But that is only my opinion!

We breathe, we live, we cry, when our heart stops beating we die.
We kill, we hurt, we pollute the air, while others are worried about being fair.
We smoke, we do drugs, we steal, I don’t understand this living but it’s real.
We rap, we sing, we feel for each other, we march against racism with a fellow brother.
We are young, we are old, we are people all the same.
