1 hour = 3600 seconds so 8 hours = 8*3600 = 28800 seconds
28800/8001 = 3.599
3.6 seconds per person

I really think you should do this math yourself but the formula would to multiply the amount of hours by the amount of seconds per hour then take that answer and divide it by the amount of people and you will get the second per person
if this is homework you should stop putting this online you need to do these problems yourself or youll never learn anything

8 hours/8001people
= 28800seconds / 8001people
= 3.6 seconds/person

with a break of 2 sec per person the time reduces to 1.6 sec per pesron

8 h * 3600 s/h / (8001 persons) = 3.6 s/person

8hrs*3600sec/hr=28,800 sec
28800sec/8001people=3.6 sec/person.
