what does it mean on a dvd when they say it contains easter eggs?

It means there are secret things on the disc that you have to find. Unlisted interviews, special features, etc....

it means some where in the DVD there is something you can click on and you'll see a secret video, game, or anything

It means that there are hidden things in that part of the movie, like deleted scenes.
