Is there any silver smelters that would buy silver?

I have a bunch of broken silver jewelry and such. i was just wondering if there is any silver smelters that do silver work or whatever. I have seen gold being done like this.

You do not have enough to sell to a smelter. They only buy huge amounts. Try your local jeweler or if you live in an area where a lot of people make and sell home made jewelry, check them out.
