Well, I think we procrastinate when we already have a very busy mind and it's our mind's way of dealing with it. It does this by filtering all the trivial stuff and making you focus more on the real issues. So then what happens is you try to make a simple decision and your mind just WON'T let you do it!!

I procrastinate over stupid things like do I want tea or coffee? Which yogurts to buy...I just stand and stare! ha!

The payoff you obtain for procrastinating is undoubtedly the intent why you uncover your self repeating the sample. Procrastinators eliminate duties till the very final viable second given that, at that l a s t second, there's a burst of power from adrenaline and neurotransmitters published according to the severe strain the mind is below. Procrastinators get a typical top, a typical euphoria, through ready till there's no extra time to look forward to finishing the venture, if he/she needs to prevail. Many procrastinators are recognized for pronouncing, "I do my excellent paintings below stress." That is honestly no longer the reality, nevertheless it justifies the ready as a valuable reason. The proven fact that you're feeling so worn out and might alternatively no longer do the paintings immediately is yet another element. If you're worn out the entire time, it can be that you just unknowingly seem ahead to the push on the final minute given that you wish to have a boost out of the usual every day fatigue. I've discovered the tough approach that early and consistent instruction honestly prevents the every day fatigue to some degree....I get a "moment wind," a brand new burst of power given that I'm tackling whatever that's tough and I recognise I will triumph over the venture. Now THAT brings a REALLY well feeling....and it's MUCH higher than the final-minute confused-out power carry and next power crash. (Okay, Saccade, be high-quality!) Consistency is what your frame demands, what your mind demands, and what you as an character must uncover break out from the ever-reward intellectual fatigue.

Its something of your mind so having determination is important!
BTW, I decided to change when seeing myself inferior to others while I could have been just as good or better. COmpetition and jelousy are motivations.

Set one goal at a time and then don't let yourself do anything else until you get it done. For instance you want to sit down and watch TV. Tell yourself...ok the dishes just take 10 minutes to do. I won't let myself turn on the TV untill the dishes are done.

It is a form or self accountabliity

Mark Twain once quoted: "Do something everyday that you don't want to do; this is the golden rule for acquiring the habit of doing your duty without pain."

p.s. Procastination is the worst habit ever, its even worst than smoking.
