just practice. . . it sound simple, but that's what it comes down to. . the more you practice, the better you will be. .
even if some days it doesn't seem like you can hit anything. . your brain is a computer created by God and it takes everything in and analyzes it over and over. .
so even if you don't seem to have a good day of practice on a given day, keep at it. . and keep coming back day after day to practice. . that's how Reggie Miller did it. . it's how Ray Allen did it, and it is how you can do it too. .
good luck and God bless you.

Just keep shooting. If you can make almost every shot from about 4 feet inside the three line then just gradually move back over time. Try to keep the same form and just use a little more leg as you go back. The key to making shots is practicing.

You probably could benefit from a weight-training program - either from your strength coach at high school or the local YMCA. Or, if your parents have membership in a local gym, I'm certain the staff there could recommend a regimen.

try shooting into a smaller ring or use a ball with higher air pressure so you're focusing more on your follow-through. practice everyday. the problem may not be the technique, it may be the mental aspect of the game. :) good luck.

If you are right handed, align your right foot with the basket. Make sur to have a flick in your wrist, and I add a little hop to it. But you have to practice.

IT DEPENDS ON WHERE YOU ARE OFF ON YOUR THREE'S. IF YOU ARE CONSISTENTLY LEFT OR RIGHT, YOU NEED TO WORK ON YOUR FOOTWORK AND LEG LIFT A LITTLE MORE. IF IT IS A LONG OR SHORT PROBLEM, IT MAY BE JUST SOME FINE TUNING YOUR SHOT NEEDS. USUALLY, THE PROBLEM ORIGINATES IN THE FEET OR KNEES.
