okay well this morning while i was taking my daughter to school these people with bulldozers and heavy machinery were on my property. i asked what they were doing and they said they were doing construction on the house next to me so i left. well, later that day i came back to see those people had left a huge mess and the woman who lives next to me didnt even ask to have these people trespassing on my property! What should i do ...?? My whole property is a mess!!! =[ I am assuming they are coming back tomorrow ... what do i do?

they were on my property cause they said it was the only way to get to her house using it through mine, but she has plenty of space!!!!!!!

get the city involved, ask for all permits and ask for the contractor's license number, certificate of liablity and workers comp policy numbers. they are not covered to be on your property.
then ask them to clean your prop immediately or you will pursue action through civil court, contractor state license board and the city.
if they are on your prop again, call the cops.

Call your neighbor and ask her? Shes the one that paid them to fix her property. She by law had no right nor did they to drive the equipment on your property. She has to pay.

If they don't come back and fix it....Get a good lawyer. They have trespassed on your property and they should fix it!!!!!

Take lots of pictures and file at small claims court.
