I've never tried but probably atleast 20. And not to be negative, but to the people putting 50 or higher, I kinda doubt that unless you've played QB at HS or higher. If you watch NFL level QB challenges some of the 'weaker armed' (weak being comparitively) drop into the 50's sometimes, so I doubt joe schmo can reach NFL level
oh, and 'lifting alot of weights' is not always a good thing, sometimes it can be bad for throwing (if more=better, QBs would have the biggest guns on the field)
