ok well right now im using another computer but MY computer isnt working!!
i was writing an email and all of a sudden my screen got all like..scratchy ...i dont know how to explain it but then all of a sudden my computer screen turned BLACKK!!
the computer is stll on and so is the monitor [the little light thingy is yellow i thnk]
and i tried to turn on and off the monitor and on and off the computer but only the screen is still black
YOU SERIOUSLY HAVE TO HELP ME!!
im like freaking out cuase..this hasnt happend to me before

I HAVE NO MONEY AND I DONT THINK MY PARENTS WOULD GIVE ME MONEY FOR MY COMPUTER CUASE MY DAD TOLD ME THAT SINCE I USE IT TOO MUCH THAT, HE WONT BUY ANOTHER ONE FOR ME!!

try wiggling the cord where it plugs into your computer..is it a video card or is it part of puter?.sounds like maybe your card died..or maybe the monitor.does the monitor work on your other computer.or will your other monitor work on your broke computer?.a video card can cost from 5 bucks if you have friends that mess with computer all the way to 100 or more.but you can get a new card for around 50..and a monitor costs from 10 bucks if you know someone or go to a thrift store.or around 150 new,,

Ohh. Sounds like a videocard problem. If the light went to yellow then it means it has no signal from the video card on your PC. I wish I could help you better but I'm not there to do any troubleshooting. If you can test the monitor on another computer that will confirm if it is the monitor. Call a local tech for help.

possible from turning your computer on and off you may have a virus in the computer or the monitor is in default
if your computer is up and running and the monitor is black with the yellow light showing that is a sign also you need to get another computer monitor

You either have a shortage in one of the cords or the screen on you monitor blew out and you need to buy a new monitor

Sounds as if your monitor went out on you. Try shutting all off. Then check all connections and re power up.

OMG!!! this is pretty serious. your computer got the halloween curse virus. what you need to do is find a chicken(rooster only, girls won't do), sacrifice it, but make sure to collect 2 cups of its blood. mix it with ash of burned maple plank and panteen pro v hair conditioner. drip it slowly from the top of the monitor, make sure it covers the screen. that'll make it work again.

check the wires in the back of moniter. if everything is ok, then its just probobly the moniter its cheaper to buy that than a brand new comp/
