Ok, yesterday I took a test four days before your period test. It was very, very, very, faint positive before 3 mins. Then this morning I took the other one It was a little darker and faint positive before 3 mins. So, I went to planned parenthood so I could get proof of pregnancy to take so I can get on medicaid and go to the doctor. Well guess what? It was negative. I had diluted urine and I do not know if theirs is considered early results of if theirs is for the day you miss your period. I am supposed to start my period on oct 31 which is tomorrow. What is going on?

Clinic tests and urine tests given at the doctor are NOT EARLY pregnancy tests and will only work if you have MISSED your period.
Other than waiting a few days, a blood test from your doctor is the only way to know for sure.

It is possible to be pregnant and still have a negative pregnancy test. If the test is positive there is no way it is wrong, but if it is negative it could be wrong. Didn't they tell you that at Planned Parenthood? The tests that they use are probably not as sensitive as some.
Still you say that the test you did was "very,very,very faintly positive". That is a lot of "very"s to count on.
In my opinion you should wait until your period is actually about a week late and then do another test.
You could try to get a doctor to order a blood test ( which would be accurate already) but unless you have some compelling medical reason why it is necessary for you to know this early they may not order it.

it can be quite common for people to get false negative readings on a test but a lot harder probably impossible to get a false positive result!
go back to your Dr after the due date of your period if it has not come and ask for a blood test and tell him that you had 2 positive and 1 negative result and u have missed a period!
see what happens blood tests are always accurate, also it always best to do a urine test in the morning with your first pee as it is stronger and has more of the HCG hormone in it!

Planned Parenthood sucks first of all. I went there and they told me I wasnt pregnant and two days later at the doctors office he gave me another test and it came out very faint and he said that more than likely I was and after having a blood test it was confirmed that I was. I think they use really cheap tests or something but usually a faint line is a postive line..

Maybe your hcg(pregnancy hormone)levels aren't high enough yet. You need at least 50mml in order to see it on a urine preg test.Right now since they still low, preg tests can vary and give you either a positive or negative results. Wait a few more days and repeat the test. Good luck!

if you got a test with a positive result, no matter how faint, then congratulations! when i tested with my son, it was very faint and i took 4 tests at differtent times of the day. wait another week and go back to plan parenthood. if their test still comes out negative, tell them you have gotten a positive result at home and have them do a blood test. good luck!!

In the morning your urine contains a higher concentration of the pregnancy hormone. Try going to take a pregnancy test first thing in the morning if possible.

this happen to me three weeks ago. i took a pg test at home and right away it was a faint positive. then i went to the doctors and their test was negative. well, i went home and took another one and it came out positive again, and yes it was right I'm pregnant. i can't explain the negative results at the doctor's office though.

In the morning your urine contains a higher concentration of the pregnancy hormone HCG n if the urine is strong enough then it will show postive.

Ask for a blood test.. I went an entire pregnancy testing negitive..lol
It is still too early for alot of pregnancy test to show up..but a blood test will be your true answer.
