on the motherboard of my computer the part where u put the power supply to give the cpu power got burned. it is four pins. just 2 of them are black and the other 2 r good. Is it safe to leave it or turn it on.The cpu didn't get burned at all cause i checked it.

Black wires are ground and the others has voltages. You need to have a ground. I would replace the motherboard if you can. But if it is too old then use it.

There is a very good chance that other components on the motherboard, and not just the connector was burnt. No way to find out unless you turn it on...

tought question i know the part your talking about its your call just make sure the power supply is goodand the wires are firmly connected but i dont know if i would do it
