A child molester isn't in it for the sexual gratification so cutting off his penis will not work. It is all in their mind so ummmm remove that part of their brain that controls their sexual thoughts.
As for murderers the world should bring back capital punishment . If you know that this person has murdered somebody then give that person a lethal injection and rid the world of these sort of people.
MY thought on molesters, rapist , drug dealers or any repeat offenders of any crime implant a chip in their body so the government knows exactly where they are at all times. I also believe that as parents we should have a GPS chip implanted in our child until they reach the age of 18, then let them decide if they want to leave it in. Most people die within 24 hours of going missing which means the government would find most if not all people missing.

I think we need to get stricter with child molesters. Putting their names on an offender list that no one follows up on and allowing them to move into neighborhoods near schools and parks doesn't work.
