Hey!! I'm taking the test for the first time next Dec. When are you going to take it?
I bought a book called the Unofficial SAT word dectionary from ebay "I'm not advertising for it" it's very helpful. it contains 3000 important word you need to know to get a good score on the SAT. I also bought The Official SAT guide from college board, I think everyone whos about to take the SAT should have this book.
it contains 8 practice books and lots and lots of other practice questions and explanations.
another thing ..... I visit this website from time to time it's also very helful http://www.number2.com it's totaly free and it gives you your percentile after you finish each section. would you please contact me and tell me about your percentiles so I could compaire them to mine. I would also tell you about my percentiles.
contact me if you like so that we could talk to each other about how we're doing with the preparation and stuff.
good luck.

There is the Official SAT Study Guide. I haven't taken the SAT yet, but my sister used it and it was helpful. It is pretty boring though. We have a half semester going over the SAT and ACT in our school in English. Maybe you should look for programs and stuff where you live. I know that it might sound boring, but it'll pay off. Oh yea, btw, if you want to take the SAT over, you usually can.
