My son is named Braden. He gets called Brandon alot. So you really have to put yourself in her shoes for down the road when she's older and see if this will make a good proper or professional name when she's 20, 30, or an older woman. I like the first name, maybe with modified spelling. Not too big on Divinity...just me though, it's a free country.

Not sure on the Divinity part. Aaralyn sounds very Lord of the Rings-ish. Couldn't find a meaning on this database http://www.behindthename.com

Ariandne, Arian, Arianna, Arianne, & Aryanne. Here are some more names that sound like Aaron. They all are Greek and mean divine. The name you have is pretty although I don't know how you pronounce it. Good luck to you and your baby!!!

I Think that's a very beautiful, unique name. I hate when people recylce names over and over....too many johns and anns in the world...no ofense any one.
My daughters name is Anastacia.
She can choose her own nick name eventually (she's only 7 mos) Ana, Annie, Stacey, Stacia etc...
Ashwood--that's the whole point!!! you've never heard it before.
and so if you hear it again, it will probably be this lady's baby!!

I think it will be misspelled and mispronounced alot... Is it pronounced "Arrow Lynn" or "Aura Lynn" for example. Also, it sounds like it might start with an E.
It just depends on what you like and what your inspiration is. Is it two names that you like combined or representing family members, for instance. Ultimately it is what makes you happy!
