Well if you asked my friend she would say to prostitute yourself, but of course I have a brain and more manners, so why dont you try selling stuff you dont need or want anymore. This girl I know has a lot of manga and anime stuff that she is planning to sell on ebay.

$3000 sounds like alot of money for him to apply to commute at the same time with his basketball crew. If he's sufficiently old, then have him help by technique of having a job and making money. also another good concepts will be for him to carry bake revenues, dogs walking facilities, providing to mow community lawns and babysitting.

Buy a bulk amount of something at a store which offers a contractors or bulk discount, and return them one at a time. May take a while, but its free money.
*Note: You must be able to return the items individually for cash, store credit won't get your anywhere but broke.
