If you can, take them to court. Somewhere along the line that's violating your rights as a citizen and if you've been lied to that's even worse.

Firstly...You should not be surprised about being lied to by the govt.
Secondly...What makes you think your phones are tapped ?
How would you know ?

I doubt your phone was tapped, and if it was I am sure they had a good reason to, otherwise no warrant would have been issued.
