Okay found out I am pregnant over the weekend (blood test), but I dont know how far along I am.

I had a miscarrage in the end of June (8 weeks along) and I had two normal periods since, July 27 and Aug 28. but my last period (Sept 28) was very strange, I had major pms (unusal) and several pregnancy symptoms, but my period was very very light spotting that lasted for almost two weeks, but after the frist week of spotting all the symptoms I had stopped, except for fatigue. I had assumed that if is was pregnant at the time I had lost it, and the fatigue from a new care of toddler and infant in my day care, along with my two year old son.

But the pregnancy symptoms came back last week, (nausea, "morning" sickness etc..) also gain a lot of weight over the past week and a half.. I look like I did when I was 4 months along with my son.

As of today my period for this month is two or three days late, and recieved a positve test yesterday.
So any ideas on weather I am 4 weeks or 8?

I know you are really wanting to know how far you are and when your due date is, but since your last period dates are iffy instead of driving yourself nuts for the next week trying to figure it all out, wait till you see the doc. The transvaginal ultrasounds they do are incredibly good at figuring out what week you are in and getting a more accurate idea of due dates. Also, since you have had problems with miscarriage and the odd spotty period thing, the ultrasound will also test for viability. If it puts your mind at ease, maybe call the doc and make sure than can do a transvaginal ultrasound when you come in for your appointment or schedule one for you. Best of luck!

you need to get an ultrasound. I had bleeding during my pregnancy and was even told in my early pregnancy that i had miscarriaged. I was still pregnant and had placenta previa a very dangerous condition. so get checked and don't guesstamate.
