Mederma is a cream now available that will minimize the appearance of scars, but it can't remove it, no cream or topical agent can.

why would u remove a scar u can makeup some story and make urself look cool

Mederma definitely helps reduce the appearance. I use that a lot.

i broke my jaw and have 64 stitches on my face. all the creams that say they work- dont. only vitamin E.

i doubt it, why not just be proud of it? nothing to be embarassed of or anything, i look at mine and think of all i've gotten though, plain is boring anyways.
