I have more than what the minimums ask for, and it runs incredibly slow. Half-Life 2 hasn't given it a problem, and I am running half life 2 at medium to high graphics quality. I don't understand why it's so choppy. Here's what I have

2.0 GHz Sempron 3000
512 Mb RAM
Radeon 9550

It should run just fine, but it's frame rate looks like it's running in the single digits at 640x480 resolution and with everything set to ultra low quality!!?!

Ur cpu seem a sprint slow, recommened take a three.0Ghz with a least 1066 or 1333Mhz FSB center 2 duo to play video games. The Ati X1440 is particularly previous and coffee usual overall performance, attempt get an Ati Radeon HD 3870 snap shots card.

Without a doubt it is our GHz....your RAM could be having trouble if you run alot of processes while gaming it up which could slow your FP/S - but without a doubt, up your GHz A.S.A.P!

Probably your ram. Get another 512 and you'll be fine, I'm sure.
