me i am an old prude but i think masturbation is perfectly fine.i look at this way you cant get pregnant and you dont have to worry about std's.masturbation is just a normal thing in life no need to feel guilty about it.have fun sweet p

Its quite possible that you were taught when you were younger that it was a bad thing to do......You may not remember it but subconciously that is what the guilt goes back to.....Do not feel guilty about it...It is perfectly normal to masturbate.....it doesnt make you a bad person and the action itself isnt bad....it is societys opinion on masturbation that causes it to be taboo....

It's your body. It has needs. Masturbation is a quick, healthy way to aliviate those needs. It's actually a great relaxer and sleep aid. Forget all dogmas and prejudices. You have NOTHING TO FEEL GUILTY ABOUT! Enjoy yourself.

It's natural, you have no reason to feel guilty. This guilt is caused by either your religious beliefs or what you may have heard from parents or others previously.
Go for it, at least you won't end up with a disease!

I suppose you feel bad and dirty but hey every body does even if they say they don't. There isn't nothing wrong with it. I do it, sometimes once a day, and I have sex with my boyfriend all the time. I just like to please myself also doesn't mean he is doing it wrong because I choose to masturbate...

becasue society teaches us masturbation is wrong, we all have urges, and masturbation is a healthy way of dealing with them, after people feel guilty becasue they temporarily lose the urge to have sex.

somewhere somehow you got the message that masturbation is wrong. It isn't wrong. Anyone who tells you it is has their own dysfunctional issues to deal with.
You need to reprogram your thinking is all.

because our culture and religion make us feel this way. My feeling is that it's yours, do with it what you want. If God hadn't intended us to play with ourselves, our goodies would be in the middle of our backs.
