Oh definitly! Especially if they are EGL or punk! They have some really cute ones at Hot Topic, they are 41/2 wedges with t-straps, so adorable! Of course, never wear with pink! Then it is minnie mouse! Try going with a cute black or white dress, or a cute plaid mini (heh, npi) with tights. OMG I love those shoes at HP...

Back in the day, they represented essex girl trash...but since then they have been back in fashion and now it wouldn't be unusual or offensive to see someone in them with dark jeans, white belt and white top.
So to sum up, I really don't have any feelings either way.

I think it totally depends on the shade of white and the style of the shoe. I have some killer white shoes.

well i would go with a black pair now that we are into the fall season, but if we were in the middle of summer and with a nice summer dress of course.
