iv had that on my laptop...as im with ntl...and to be honest norton anti virus has done more for me than the ntl...i get alerts every few mins telling me wen something is trying to enter my laptop and it also scans my computr wen i want....ntl doesnt seem to have done anything...
im sticking with norton

Personally, I'd go with something more well known (and proven), such as Spybot S&D.
