The best thing to prevent morning sickness first thing in the morning is this.....before you go to bed leave some plain soda crackers on your night stand or somewhere that you can reach them. If you are lucky enough to have someone around in the morning ask them to bring you some orange juice or 7-up, something sort of plain. In the morning, before you get up, roll over and get a cracker, take tiny, tiny nibbles and sip tiny sips of your drink. Eat two or three crackers and then lie there until you feel pretty steady. Having a little something in your stomach should make a difference.
This should help tho writing it down it does sound a little goofy. I did this every morning thru 4 pregnancies and it really helped. Except when it didn't! Another good thing to try is ginger capsules. They cannot hurt the baby and for some women they really help with the nausea.
If you are actually vomiting you should talk to your doctor about it. I am pretty sure there is something they can prescribe that might help.
Some women notice that the hormones that are produced will cause them to break out. Other women are just the opposite and find that during pregnancy is when their complexion is the nicest.
Take good care of yourself and that precious baby!
Blessings

nothing you can do besides always keep fluids and some kind of solids in your stomach....it mostly in the morning because that is when your belly is empty. Try Sprite and crackers right when you wake up. Also roll around in the bed for half and hour or so after eating...this helps.
Yes you break out during pregnancy...it the hormone increase and change. Just make sure to use clean and clear daily. Its safe, i asked my ob/gyn....
good luck

Crackers by your bed side and sprite dont get up at all dont even raise your head off the pillow. Nibble on some crackers. And better have a straw in that can of sprite. Then slowly get up and it should ease the symptoms of morning sickness

I've read about how the smell of peppermint can help - try the red & white peppermint candies - not always something you look forward to in the morning right away, but it can't hurt to try! :) Also, try sea bands.
