well 1st tel me how u transferring ringtones to ur cell phone .there is 3 ways one is through infrared 2nd is through bluetooth 3 is through datacable n yeah there is a 4 way through wap u can download it from wap but it cost $ . u can transfer through infra red by another cell phone or computer(but u must hav infrared device) . bluetooth same as infrared need bluetooth device for computer . last is through data cable that need ur mobiles software in ur pc . hope it works
