Most things are designed for right handed people, as the majority of people are right handed. Scissors for example, you can buy left handed scissors so therefore the standard ones are for right handed people. Writing in the western world is also right hand dominated as left handers can smudge what they have just written unless they are very careful. So you could say that writing is "made for right handed people" too!

Notebooks

rifles - the bolt is on the right side on a bolt-action rifle, and the shell sometimes ejects on the left for a semi-auto.

tape measures - the numbers are upside down for a left-handed person.

power tools, like a circular saw, drill, etc - the trigger lock button is positioned for a right-handed person to lock it with a thumb. Also, the cutting guide on a circular saw is positioned so that a right-handed person can see more easily than a left-handed person.

A right handed baseball glove (goes on the left hand, leaving the right free to throw) is specifically made for righties. Most other things go either way.
