First point.. don't be stupid.

Second point.. are you sure you've ordered a Mercedes and not a BMW?

You see, only a BMW driver would normally want to do something so arrogantly risky to other people. Or would be so daft as to ask a question like this, rather than look at a bl**dy map!!

Book a day at a test track... much safer.

But if you really insist...give the M1 a try at 4am- theres plenty of warnings when the cameras are coming up. The north section is usually free of any roadworks + cameras.

M180 junction 1 to 2 its 6 miles straight and flat and is between jurisdiction of South Yorkshire and Humberside Police. Slow down after junction 2 and do it very late at night!

The M58 Wigan (M6 J26) to Liverpool. No speed camera's and no real curves, not much traffic either. Plus I need your wheels for my E220 CDi, so let me know when you are going to try it and I can pick them up from the wreck!

If you could really afford a half million dollar car, finding the right place to race it would be of minor consequence.
