I would have to answer 'it depends.' Bristol might have a better night life (actually it almost certainly does) but does it have better teaching? I doubt it. Are the students friendlier? I doubt it. Is the work load easier? Definitely.

Wouldn't you need to have studied at both - at the same time - to make that judgement?
Degrees are overrated. Professional quals are much better. If I were you I'd just work hard at whatever it is you do wherever it is you do it and forget about splitting hairs.
