Calling your doctor before taking anything isn't a bad idea, but tylenol in moderation by the 3rd trimester might be okay if you have no other complications. (It's a Category B drug.)
Category B means: Animal studies have revealed no evidence of harm to the fetus, however, there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women.
OR
Animal studies have shown an adverse effect, but adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus in any trimester.
Try taking a cool sponge bath to break your fever. If that doesn't work then certainly Tylenol may be better than a high fever which also isn't good for your baby if it lasts too long.
If you're not allergic to honey, then a tablespoon of honey and lemon juice (10-15 drops) will help with the sore throat. I had to use this rememdy a few times when I got a cold while pregnant (I'd take it even twice or three times an hour at the beginning of my sore throat until it got back under control.)
Lots of fluids... orange juice... chicken in a mug (oxo) etc. (Warm is good. Avoid milk products; they coat your throat and just make you cough more.)
My doctor also said some cough drops are okay. I took regular strength Fisherman's Friends. Ask yours which ones they recommend to be safe.
Feel better!

Tylenol is very safe during pregnancy as long as you don't exceed the 4gram limit per day. Extra strength Tylenol is 500mg, so the maximum is 8 of them per day.
Studies done long ago suggested that fever caused birth defects in animals. While it has never been proven to cause birth defects in humans, I tell patient's it's better to take Tylenol with no risks, than have a fever and take a risk.

I also had a really bad flu and really bad colds at the end of my pregnancy. My doctor gave me the ok to take tylenol throughout my pregnancy. What helped me really well and took my colds away really fast was tylenol cold/flu nighttime. I would take it at night and by the next day I was feeling better. Good luck and I hope you feel better.

Try taking a warm bath, or go for a walk, During the third trimester it is normal to experience cramping. Alot of woman mistake them as "cramps" but is actually braxton hicks contractions, Your bodies way of practising for labour. Hope this helps, If your cramping is followed by leaking fluid, or bloody discharge then call your Doctor right away. Hope this helps. P.S. Im currently 34 weeks and I have this all the time, it is happening alot more often now then it was a few weeks ago. Good luck!!

Tylenol is OK to take. Just stay away from Asprin - Acetominophen. that can hurt the baby.
Feel better!
