I have like these little pimple looking bumps on the inside of my vaginal wall. Is it normal? Should I be worried?

I am also 6 months pregnant and they have been there for a while. My doctor hasn't said anything to me.

You can get your doctor to check it out. They could simply be small cysts of the Bartholin Glands, and nothing to worry about!

If your doctor has not said anything about it I would be sure to ask and not leave until you have an answer. It could be genital warts. Alot of times this lays dormant and with the hormones of pregnancy it brings the infection out.

The inside of the vagina is not a perfectly smooth straight area. Since your doc has obviously examined you and found nothing to be wrong, stop driving yourself nuts about these things. If it scares you, stop looking ; )
