If someone names a song "Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge", is that copying My Chemical Romance?

Yes,because MCR are so mainstream you'll have MCR fans all over the place accusing you of 'stealing their name'.. and some of them take anything to do with MCR VERY seriously!!

yes its definately copying my chemical romance how is it not copying them. im gona name my band funeral, which is the name of a cd but i think thats ok
