If you can't find it then just buy a red, long sleeve, button down shirt and then have someone add "London" on the back for you. You could take it to someone who does embroidery, for example. But if you're artisically inclined, it would be very easy for you to paint "London" on the shirt. All you need is a steady hand, a paint brush, and some fabric paint. Oh, and be sure to place something inside the shirt to prevent the paint from seeping through onto the front, like a piece of cardboard.
