This is funny. It is October 30th and I am not only still running the air on low, and I have a fan that runs on med. pointed right at my bed, it's funny because my husband is curled up and I bring him extra blankies!! Cowboy / Lumberjack my butt :) And no, I am still young, not going through 'the change' I just like it cold, and you can count on some cuddles through the night! Summer highest 74. And winter?? We don't run the heat other than to knock the chill out of the air in the morning, did I mention that I live in Az?

I live in N. Central Texas and we keep the a/c at 70 and the heater at 72 and ceiling fans going 24/7. If the weather is cool I love to open up the house and let it breathe.

67 in the winter, 72 in the summer. (detroit) your best bet is to get a programable thermostat..mine goes down to 64 at night, and then comes up to 67 by 7 a.m.

Luckily we don't need heating in winter as it only gets as low as perhaps 9deg Celsius. But in summer our air cons are set at about 20deg Celsius.

I keep my heat at 66 and my air around 76. It seems pretty extreme, but we get used to it. The way prices are suppose to go up we may all be changing it.
