does any bank exchange all other foreign money into us money?

Common currencies they can usually convert on the spot. For less common currencies, they normally would have to order it for you.

You will rarely find a bank that will convert every possible currency for you since some rare currencies are extremely expensive to transact in. That said, I am happy to exchange almost any currency you want, but will charge a US$1million fee for each US$100 that you want to convert.

Note: international sanctions also mean that it is illegal to deal in some currencies. Therefore, if you are an international money launderer, terrorist financier, drug runner etc than I am not willing to help.
