I have like these little pimple looking bumps on the inside of my vaginal wall. Is it normal? Should I be worried?

It would be a good idea to have the papules evaluated. See your OB/Gyn.

they might not be pimples..warts? Genital warts? go see a doctor and get a HPV test done! It is not supposed to be there so get it checked out!
