It sounds like you forgot to set the CD drive to allow recording. Right click the CD drive > properties > "recording" tab > make sure to check "enable CD recording on this drive" > [Apply] > [O.K.].

Try cleaning out your system. You may not have any memory left in that directory.
Invalid not accessible means just that, you may be trying to save to a file or directory that does not accept that type of media, or just plain doesn't exist.
