I don't mind paying the cost of replacing the CD/DVD but why should I have to pay a royalty to the artist for a second time?

It would probably be cheaper for you to buy a new one because they would let you pay postage both ways

I tryed that one...and believe me, it won't work beause they use something like a magnifyin glass to see if the scratch is from fabric or it's done by someone else... lol

Well, that depends if the company scratched it up. If they did, then yes since its their fault. If you did on the other hand I don't think they will.

No, because you scratched it and they are not liable for that. You are as it is your property once purchased

also u can get cleaners tht get rid of scratches v cheap and they work!!

I don't think so, because you did it.....unless you ahve insurance for CDs.....
