Um - who is the adult/parent in this picture? If you think she's too old, then she is. If she really wants to go, why don't you give her the caveat that she must offer to help a neighbor who has young children by escorting the youngsters around?
Although the funny thing is - older kids are probably better at being responsible about the consumption of the candy, while with little ones, you basically need to police the candy...which is a pain in the you-know-what. It's funny that most of us have no problem with the idea of little kids trick-or-treating, but we freak out about how much candy they consume. :-)

My 15 year old is going trick or treating. If people don't want to give her candy, they'll tell her. Where I live it's not such a big deal when teens trick or treat. We live in a college town and every year, college students from out to the country (where they don't have Halloween) go trick or treating for their very first time so teenagers aren't usually hassled. We think it's great to see these students having fun and experiencing Halloween.

I went Trick or Treating for the final time while I used to be thirteen - that 12 months all the mothers and fathers had been giving me those stares as though I used to be method too historical for it. But then while I used to be sixteen my satisfactory pal and I randomly dressed up as witches and went trick or treating in combination. It used to be amusing, however awkward considering the fact that we had been juniors in top university and all of the different trick or treaters we noticed had been like 6. I'd say the ones mid-to-overdue youngster years are a bit of too historical. But whenever you get to school you'll fully begin trick or treating once more, specially for those who finish up residing in a school the town. If you dress is rather well, you will get a lager as an alternative of sweet. lol.

My daughter is 14 and is planing to go. It is less about the candy and more about dressing up and hanging out with friends.
I think 15 is 'pushing the envelope', but I think it is still okay.

i'm turning 20 in december and i still go every year with my friends. it's healty to act like a kid sometimes for as long as possible. i don't think putting an age limit on something fun and harmless is right.

oh wow..hmm I went with a group, there was 6 of us and we were seniors..I think it is fine to go as long as you dress up as something! I don't like when kids just put on a t-shirt and sweats and go!
