Use a Mr.Clean magic pad. Takes a litte work but it will come off.

Tough problem. Most things that will remove nail polish will also remove the finish from the table and will melt or disfigure the screen of a TV unless the screen is made of glass. If the TV screen is glass then use nail polish remover and keep the remover away from any plastic parts. For the table and or any plastic, all I can suggest is gentle chipping with a fingernail or a piece of think wood or plastic. Even then, you're still apt to lose some of the finish off the table.
