How did you see it? Were you spying on him or did he show it to you? You could get him into a lot of trouble if you tell your mother, just remember that.

I think You Should Deal With The Situation A Little More Maturely, I Don't think its a big deal, unless you wanted to see it on purpose.

You've only seen it. He hasn't tried to do anything, right? Well, then, don't worry about it then. I mean, that's basically what your mom's gonna tell you. Or she's gonna ask how did you come about seeing it and then forbid you to see this person depending on how the situation came about. So, decide whether you want to tell her or not.
