Back away from the computer for five minutes...go on, you can do it....it's easy! Just walk away! You can come back in a few minutes.

tell the kids to go into the kitchen put some filler some marge and some bread on a plate and create their own sarney, you can stay on the comp but watch what they are doing while relaxing on here
