it kind of looks like he did.. i don't understand how hard it would be to actually INSPECT the freakin' roll bar to see if there is missing padding..."inconclusive" my freakin' ****. let's let j. burton run NASCAR.. stop them on pit road, check the car, and if they are FINE them. it's one thing if something falls out accidentally to cause debri, but intention is just not cool.
i was kind of impressed the way NBC corneered him and rolled back, rewind, slow-mo..roll back and confronted him..

I watched the race but missed this 'incident'. Robbie Gorjerk must have some photos of the France family in a compromising position. Like a picture of the family actually making a decision without first checking to see who the car sponsor might be. I've been P/O ever since the last California road race when they allowed the pit light controversy go without correcting a stupid mistake. And what about the 'Green' flag' - 'Yellow light' non-restart with crash crews still on the track during the Busch race a few weeks ago, what was the outcome of that SNAFU? I think it just may be time to think about a 'Commissioners Office' in NASCAR resembling the NFL, MLB, NBA and every other sport. There should be a fair deal for ALL drivers and owners regardless of who your Granddad is/was.
Yeah, Robbie Snobbie is really well liked by the other drivers and everyone else in the garage. LOL

It wouldn't be the first time he did that.. Last year or the year before he threw a glove on to the track...it always seem late in the race if he is on the lead lap...something always disappears from his car...coincidence don't you think?? i think Nascar needs to look into this and they need to sit him for a race or 2...starting with the Daytona 500..because if they did that know you are really are not hurting him...if they do that next year it would be awful hard for him to be in the top35 to guarantee him a spot in a race after they have their first 5 races

If you watched all the replays at the end of the interview, Robby finally said "it looks like it fell off the back of my car". Sure, Robby. It had nothing to do with the fact you were a couple of seconds from being lapped, either, did it ?

On instant replay it looked like something being thrown from the car and further more you can not see the object on track before he hit it. nascars decision on the object was totally wrong. Robbie is a cheater to get what he wants. From a Tony Fan!!!!

I have something to say, at least in that caution we saw the debris, because in one of the first cautions for debris, I never saw a debri in the track. That one was a invisible debris somehow helping Dale Jr.

I saw the replay and it looks like he threw the padding out the window. What is worse is that he denied it, even while looking at the replay. Only 3 races to go. Looks like Matt Kenseth will be the Champion.....

I didn't see that particular incident but I bet there are several cars with some extra roll bar padding under their seats in every race....

they showed a replay and they rewinded it and you can tell it came directly out of robby gordons car... he definitly did it.. he needed a caution and thats one way to cause one so... he is going to have to pay a huge fine.
