IDLE AIR CONTROL may be bad. Or the O2 sensor may be reading a bad mixture and making your computer send the wrong fuel amount to the injectors.

Have your injectors cleaned, in Ontario it is usually done when you get your emissions test done.
I have a 95 chevy 305, with 210km and have had no problems, as I have the fuel system cleaned every 2 years.
It's about $100.
