Make her think their are rats living in her room. ;-) Or that the house is haunted.

Put a horse head in her bed. Oh wait. WITHOUT being obvious?
Start your trumpet practicing around 2am. Wait, still too obvious.
Begin cooking cabbage just before she arrives home. Do this for several days in a row. Alternate between brocolli, cabbage and cauliflower. Eat an onion or something heavy with garlic then, while within breath shot, ask if now would be a good time to have a nice heart-to heart chat.
Take up Ghanaian drumming and offer to host practice 2X a week.
Leave your dirty laundry around the house, particularly around the kitchen.
Gargle constantly. Leave used tissue hither and yon.
Clip your finger and toenails at the dinner table.
"Borrow" her undergarments, and adjust them to fit only you.

Or, you could just as easily quit beating about the bush and say, "sorry mate, but things just aren't working out. You need to move."

Who is paying the bills? Is your mate paying half? Well then by all rights they deserve half. If you don't want your mate there do you really have a right to evict them? Maby you need to sit and talk with them. If you have a problem and cannot work things out see if there is another flat in that building you can move into.

Why do you hate her? There is the place to start...If she is messy nag her about it, if she is loud tell her to be quite all the time, if she has bad higene let her know about it, be obvious about your dislike and it might make her leave with out being obvious that you want her out....If you are both leased to the place talk to your unit manager and discuss the move as if it would be you moving out find out if one of you move if the other has to go too. The best bet would be to try to find someplace nicer and move out yourself

If you've both signed a lease, then you're stuck with her until the lease is up.
When it is, I suggest you find somewhere else to live. You can't ask her to move out without being obvious.

Start having group sex in the living room, dining area, kitchen. Leave half empty beer bottles all over.

Unless she is doing something blatantly against the lease agreement, you cannot kick her out. All you can do is wait for the lease to be up for renewal and then not renew it.
