I will be moving with my 12 year old daughter and my 4 year old son. I would really like apt rental quotes. For a three bedroom I suppose. Also, what are utilities like?

In San Clemente a three bedroom for rent/lease will start about at about $2300 per month. gas in winter may run $40-$50
elect about the same. San juan capistrano the same acutally any place in south Orange county will be the same.

Hope you will be making "big bucks". Cost of living anywhere in California is "high". My daughter lives in San Diego. Thank God she has a good job that pays her 6 figures. She is renting a "small" 3 bedroom house for nearly "$2000 a month. Good luck!!!

I pay $1200 for a 2 bedroom with a backyard and a grage. This is alot less then the current market price for renting around here. seems the avg. 2 bedroom is going for around $2000. I pay around $60.00 for GAS and $100.00 for electric. Hope this helps you a little with your move. Good Luck

The cost of living index is 170 (average for U.S. is 100) per townhunter.com (check the site for good breakdown of expenses). Apartments.com lists 3 bedrooms for $1300-$2500
