well u walk up and ask him why hes following u. but if its a guy that keeps following u around he probably likes u. and if thats the case then just simply tell him that your not interested in him and tell him to stop following uaround and if they dont stop tell an adult

I know it is hard to be mean sometimes, but if you want it to stop, just say, hey dude, you are driving me nuts. Can you please give me some space. If he doesn't get embarressed by it or mad, then he is a stalker and you need to call 9-1-1. LOL. Good Luck!
